Leveraging data analytics and VR tools, it aims to transform traditional real estate marketplaces and build India’s first MLS, while scaling adjacent B2C platforms like Azuro, Interior Company, and Square Capital into category leaders. **Role Description** The interior fit-out Project Manager will oversee end-to-end execution of interior projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, quality standards, and timelines. This full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram includes planning project activities, coordinating with clients, designers, contractors, vendors, and internal teams, and managing all site operations. Daily responsibilities include scheduling and expediting materials and resources, supervising inspections and quality checks, monitoring logistics and inventory, and resolving on-site issues to keep projects on track. The Project Manager will prepare progress reports, maintain documentation, enforce safety and compliance requirements, and support continuous improvement in fit-out processes and standards. **Qualifications** - Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination. - Experience with expediting and expeditor responsibilities, ensuring timely procurement and delivery of materials and services. - Proficiency in inspection and quality control processes for interior fit-out projects. - Knowledge of logistics management for construction/interior projects, including vendor coordination and inventory management. - Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred. - Proven experience managing interior fit-out or construction projects, ideally in commercial or residential real estate. - Ability to read and interpret drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications; familiarity with relevant building codes and safety regulations. - Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and lead site teams. - Proficiency with project management and productivity tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, construction management software). - Willingness to work on-site in Gurugram and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
