Applicants join a growing organization that values excellence, skill development, and customer trust. **Role Description** The Training Manager – Deep Cleaning at Urban Company will design, deliver, and continuously improve training programs for deep cleaning service professionals. This full-time, on-site role is based in Delhi and involves conducting classroom and on-the-job training sessions, demonstrations, and skill assessments to ensure high-quality service delivery. The role includes developing training materials and SOPs, aligning content with safety, hygiene, and equipment handling standards, and updating modules as service offerings evolve. The Training Manager will regularly evaluate performance data, conduct audits at customer locations, and provide feedback to service partners to drive consistency and customer satisfaction. Collaboration with operations, quality, and product teams to roll out new initiatives, support certification processes, and maintain training documentation is also a key part of the day-to-day responsibilities. **Qualifications** - Experience in training, coaching, or skill development for service or operations teams, preferably in facilities management, hospitality, or cleaning services. - Strong knowledge of deep cleaning techniques, cleaning chemicals, equipment use and maintenance, and health and safety practices. - Ability to design structured training content, SOPs, and assessment tools, with attention to detail and process consistency. - Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse learner groups and provide clear, constructive feedback. - Analytical mindset to track performance metrics, identify skill gaps, and implement targeted improvement plans. - Comfort working on-site at training centers in Delhi, with flexibility for field visits as required. - Proficiency in MS Office or similar tools for documentation, reporting, and training material creation. - Relevant education in hospitality, facilities management, vocational training, or a related field; formal trainer certification is an advantage. - Prior experience with standardized certification or government/Skill India/NSDC-linked training programs is a plus.
