**Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)** **Must-Have\\*\\*** 1. Bachelors degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 2. 5-9 years of professional experience using .NET technologies. Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core 3. Strong experience in Azure cloud computing, Azure Functions, API management 4. Solid understanding of relational databases and experience with SQL. 5. Proficiency in using Azure services for cloud-based application development. 6. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. 7. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and Agile methodologies. 8. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues. 9. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. **Good to have** a. Azure certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate. b. Exposure to serverless computing and event-driven architectures. c. Familiarity with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cosmos DB). d. Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker, and managing containerized applications using Azure Container Registry (ACR) and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS). e. Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) would be a plus. f. Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms, such as OAuth and JWT. g. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. h. Passion for staying updated with emerging technologies and trends in software development. **Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role** 1. Design, develop, and implement software solutions that align with project goals and meet quality standards. 2. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using best practices and appropriate software design patterns. 3. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for software projects. 4. Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure software meets functional and performance requirements. 5. Participate in code reviews to provide and receive constructive feedback and improve code quality. 6. Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve technical issues and optimize software performance 7. Contribute to the documentation of software designs, technical specifications, and user manuals. 8. Work effectively in an Agile development environment, participating in sprint planning, estimation, and other team activities. 9.
