The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing scalable full-stack applications, implementing secure coding practices, building modern user interfaces, and delivering reliable cloud-enabled enterprise solutions. - **Role: .NET Core Dev** - **Location: Pune** - **Experience: 8 to 13 Years** - **Job Type: Full-Time Employment** **What You'll Do:** - Design and develop modern frontend applications using React.js, Hooks, and Context API. - Build, enhance, and maintain backend services using .NET Core (6–8). - Implement state management using Redux (Thunk/Saga) and Context API. - Develop and consume RESTful APIs for seamless frontend and backend integration. - Follow secure coding standards and SSDLC guidelines throughout the development lifecycle. - Write unit tests using React Testing Library (RTL) and implement Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices. - Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using HighCharts and similar libraries. - Collaborate with Product Owners and business stakeholders to convert requirements into scalable technical solutions. - Leverage AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and similar platforms to improve productivity. - Participate in Agile ceremonies and manage work using Jira, GitHub, and Confluence. - Ensure code quality and security through SonarQube, OWASP ZAP, and Snyk tools. - Deploy, manage, and support applications on IIS and cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure. **Expertise You'll Bring:** - 8+ years of experience in Full Stack Development using React.js and .NET technologies. - Strong hands-on experience with React.js, including Hooks, Context API, component lifecycle, and modern development patterns. - Strong expertise in .NET Core (6–8) application development. - Extensive experience with Redux for application state management. - Strong understanding of RESTful API design and integration. - Experience with React Testing Library (RTL), unit testing, and TDD practices. - Knowledge of secure software development practices and SSDLC frameworks. - Hands-on experience with code quality and security tools such as SonarQube, OWASP ZAP, and Snyk. - Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments. - Good understanding of frontend performance optimization and scalable application design. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Exposure to AWS and/or Azure cloud platforms. - Experience with IIS deployment and application hosting. - Knowledge of High Charts or other data visualization libraries. - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. - Experience using AI-powered coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot and Cursor. - Understanding of modern software architecture and cloud-native development practices. **Benefits:** - Competitive salary and benefits package - Culture focused on talent development with quarterly growth opportunities and company-sponsored higher education and certifications - Opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies - Employee engagement initiatives such as project parties, flexible work hours, and Long Service awards - Annual health check-ups - Insurance coverage: group term life, personal accident, and Mediclaim hospitalization for self, spouse, two children, and parents **Values-Driven, People-Centric & Inclusive Work Environment:** Persistent is dedicated to fostering diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
