Job description

Key Responsibilities • Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of complex data delivery and integration solutions. • Design scalable and efficient data architectures aligned with business and technical requirements. • Drive Data Integration, Data Cleansing, Data Profiling, and Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives. • Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and project teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. • Prepare high-quality technical documentation, including architecture documents, solution designs, technical specifications, and implementation plans. • Ensure adherence to data governance, quality standards, security policies, and best practices. • Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle. • Review technical deliverables and ensure compliance with organizational standards and project objectives. • Identify technical risks, resolve complex challenges, and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies. • Support project planning, effort estimation, and technical decision-making. Required Skills & Experience • Minimum 10 years of experience in architecting, designing, and delivering enterprise-scale data solutions. • Strong expertise in: o Data Integration o Data Cleansing o Data Profiling o Master Data Management (MDM) • Strong understanding of data architecture principles, data quality, and data governance frameworks. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for business stakeholders. • Demonstrated experience in preparing comprehensive technical and solution documentation. • Ability to manage challenging situations, work under pressure, and deliver high quality outcomes within project timelines. Preferred Skills • Experience with enterprise data platforms, ETL/ELT technologies, and cloud based data solutions. • Knowledge of data warehousing, data lakes, and modern data architecture. • Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies. • Experience in stakeholder management and leading cross-functional technical teams.
