.NET DEVELOPER – OPERATIONS & SUPPORT (HOSPITALITY)

**Job Description** The .NET Developer will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, and enhancing business-critical applications integrated with Oracle Micros/Symphony systems. This role requires strong operational experience, focusing on production stability, issue resolution, and minor enhancements within a fast-paced hospitality environment. **Responsibilities** You will contribute to the role by: - Provide application support (L2/L3) for .NET-based systems integrated with POS platforms - Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents, bugs, and performance issues - Develop minor enhancements, fixes, and operational improvements in existing applications - Work closely with POS (Micros/Symphony) and integration teams to ensure system stability - Analyze logs, identify root causes, and implement permanent fixes (RCA) - Support data flows, APIs, and integrations between POS, ERP, and downstream systems - Perform code deployments, release support, and post-release validation - Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and best operational practices - Participate in on-call support and incident resolution activities - Maintain technical documentation and knowledge base **Qualifications** - 5+ years of experience in .NET development with strong operations/support exposure - Proficiency in: - C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core - Web APIs / REST services - SQL Server / database concepts - Strong experience in production support and troubleshooting - Familiarity with application monitoring, logging, and debugging tools - Experience in handling integrations (APIs, middleware, POS systems) - Knowledge of ITIL processes (incident, problem, change management) - Ability to work in 16x7 support models / rotational shifts if required - Travelling may be required - Preferred skills - Exposure to Oracle Micros/Symphony integrations - Experience in cloud platforms (Oracle/Azure/AWS) - DevOps knowledge (CI/CD pipelines, release automation) - Understanding of hospitality or retail domain systems **About Us** At Zensar, we’re *“experience-led everything”* .
