Job description: Job Description **Role: .NET Full Stack Lead (.Net + Azure + React JC)** **Band: B3** **Location: Bangalore/Hyderabad /Chennai** **Job Description: .NET Full Stack Developer (8+ Years) – React JS & Migration** We are seeking an experienced **.NET Full Stack Developer** with **7+ years of hands-on experience** in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in **.NET technologies, React JS for frontend development, and Azure cloud, particularly in migration and modernization projects** . **Key Responsibilities** - Design, develop, and maintain **full stack applications** using **.NET Core / .NET Framework and React JS** - Lead and participate in **Azure cloud migration initiatives** (on-prem to Azure / legacy to modern architecture) - Build and consume **RESTful APIs and microservices-based architectures** - Work on **application modernization and re-platforming strategies** - Develop scalable and highly available applications on **Azure (PaaS/IaaS services)** - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including **UI/UX, DevOps, QA, and Product teams** - Implement **secure, performant, and maintainable code practices** - Participate in **code reviews, design discussions, and architecture decisions** - Optimize applications for **performance, scalability, and reliability** - Ensure adherence to **Agile/Scrum development processes** **Required Technical Skills** **Backend** - Strong experience in **C#, .NET Core / .NET 6+** , ASP.NET MVC/Web API - Experience with **Microservices architecture** - Knowledge of **Entity Framework / Dapper / ORM tools** - Strong understanding of **API design, authentication (OAuth, JWT), and security best practices** **Frontend** - Strong hands-on experience in **React JS** - Experience with **JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3** - Knowledge of **Redux / Context API / state management frameworks** - Familiarity with modern UI frameworks like **Material UI / Bootstrap** **Cloud & DevOps** - Hands-on experience with **Microsoft Azure** , including: - Azure App Services - Azure Functions - Azure Storage, Key Vault - Azure SQL / Cosmos DB - Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) – optional - Experience in **Azure Migration projects** : - Application re-hosting, re-platforming, refactoring strategies - Use of Azure Migration tools - CI/CD knowledge using **Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions** **Database** - Strong experience with **SQL Server** - Exposure to **NoSQL databases (Cosmos DB, MongoDB)** is a plus **Preferred Skills** - Experience in **containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)** - Knowledge of **Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / ARM templates)** - Experience with **monitoring tools (Application Insights, Log Analytics)** - Exposure to **Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and design patterns** - Experience in **financial services / BFSI domain** (preferred) Mandatory Skills: FullStack Microsoft .NET Smart Web App .
