Educational Requirements Bachelor of Engineering Service Line Digital Experience Responsibilities - Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using .NET and ReactJS for high performance and usability. - Build and integrate RESTful APIs, ensuring clean contracts, versioning, and reliable error handling. - Implement responsive UI components with React, focusing on accessibility, reusability, and consistent UX patterns. - Work with databases to design schemas, write efficient queries, and optimize data access patterns. - Ensure application security using best practices (authentication/authorization, secure coding, and data protection). - Write unit/integration tests, participate in code reviews, and maintain high engineering standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine requirements, estimate work, and deliver features on time. - Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement preventive improvements. - Contribute to AI-enabled enhancements (e.g., smart search, recommendations, automation) where applicable. Technical and Professional Requirements - Minimum Qualifications: Education: BE, ME, BTECH, MTECH, MCA, MSC, MBA. - 35 years of hands-on experience in .NET full-stack development with ReactJS. - Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, and building RESTful services. - Solid experience with React fundamentals, component-based architecture, and state management concepts. - Experience working with relational databases and writing performant queries. - Understanding of SDLC practices, Git-based version control, and collaborative development workflows.
