Job description Hiring for .Net Production support with experience from 3 to 9 Years Mandatory Skills: .Net, production support Education: BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech/MSc./MS Key Responsibilities - Provide **L2/L3 production support** for .NET applications - Monitor application health, alerts, and batch jobs to ensure availability - Troubleshoot application issues related to **.NET, IIS, SQL Server, and integrations** - Perform **incident management**, including prioritization, resolution, and escalation - Conduct **root cause analysis (RCA)** and implement preventive fixes - Support deployment, configuration, and release activities - Perform application restarts, configuration changes, and hotfix deployments as per SOP - Handle **service requests, problem tickets, and change requests** - Coordinate with development teams for code-related fixes and enhancements - Provide on-call or 247 support as per support roster - Create and maintain **support documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles** - Ensure compliance with **SLA, OLA, and ITIL processes**
