.Net Production support Engineer

Job description

We are hiring a **.NET Production Support Engineer** with hands-on experience in **supporting live applications, incident handling, and troubleshooting in production environments**. The role requires strong expertise in **.NET Core, APIs, and production issue resolution**. Key Responsibilities - Provide **L2/L3 production support** for .NET applications - Handle **production incidents, debugging, and bug fixing** - Perform **Root Cause Analysis (RCA)** and implement solutions - Monitor applications using tools like **Splunk, Kibana, AppDynamics** - Support **deployment, release activities, and environment checks** - Collaborate with development teams for permanent fixes - Ensure **high availability, performance, and stability of applications** Required Skills - Strong experience in **.NET Core / ASP.NET Core** - Proficiency in **C# and Web API development** - Experience in **production support / incident management (L2/L3)** - Good understanding of **REST APIs / Microservices** - Strong knowledge of **SQL / databases** (SQL Server, MySQL, etc.) - Familiarity with **Linux/Windows servers and basic scripting** - Experience with **monitoring & logging tools** (Splunk / Kibana / Dynatrace / AppDynamics) Good to Have - Experience with **Angular or React** - Exposure to **Azure / AWS cloud environments** - Knowledge of **CI/CD tools** (Jenkins, Azure DevOps) - Experience with **ticketing tools** (ServiceNow, JIRA) - ITIL process exposureJob Summary
