TCS India presents excellent opportunities for IT professionals. **Role :- .Net Production Support** **Experience:- 5-8 years** **Location:- Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Bangalore, Indore, Kolkata** **Required Technical Skill Set:- .Net SQL Support / Incident Management** **Must-Have:** - Strong knowledge of C# .NET Framework / .NET Core. - Hands-on experience with ASP.NET MVC / Web API. - Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server (queries, procedures, optimization). - Familiarity with incident management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA). - Good understanding of Windows Server environment and IIS **Good-to-Have** - Prior experience in agile methodology - Knowledge of Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines. - Exposure to PowerShell scripting for automation. **Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role:** 1 Provide L2/L3 support for .NET applications and SQL Server databases. 2 Monitor application performance and resolve incidents within SLA timelines. 3 Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes for recurring issues. 4 Handle incident, problem, and change management processes effectively. 5 Execute SQL queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning. 6 Participate in release deployments and post-deployment validations 7 Maintain documentation for support processes and knowledge base articles
