Roles and Responsibilities: • Design and implement Windows desktop based client-server applications using C# and WPF using OOAD methodology. • Design and implement automated unit tests using NUnit, Moq, SpecFlow, NCover, etc. • Write clean code adhering to guidelines of Efficiency, Reliability, and Maintainability • Deliver good product quality by doing thorough testing and documentation. • Process & Quality: Produce artifacts Review logs, RCA, Traceability Matrix, Perform RCA, help / participate in events such as Process Audits, Quality Gates, Project Status Reviews. • Clarify and analyze requirements, do quick POC’s; • Provide effort estimates, adhere to sprint plan. • Interfacing with Switzerland development teams, product owners. Fluently represent topics in various forums e.g. sprint demos, client meetings, etc. • Take ownership and drive topics independently. • Knowledge of config management tools and processes. • Learn new skills relevant for the project and organization. Become a topic expert. • Bring positivity, energy, and enthusiasm in the workplace. Technology Skills preferences: • C#.NET,Database, XML, OOAD, Design Patterns, UML • NUnit, Moq, SpecFlow, NCover, OpenCover. Angular (Good to have) • Experience in working with Client Server and multi-layered Architecture. • Exposure to designing and / or consuming REST API’s. • Exposure to working in cloud environment such as AWS, Azure, etc. would be an advantage • Understanding of cross-platform development in .net is an advantage. • Exposure to IoT devices such as PLC’s, Raspberry Pi, Arduino, BeagleBone, etc. would be an advantage Soft Skills: • Initiative and ownership • Ability to learn quickly • Good Communication Skills – speaking, writing, presenting, interfacing. • Focus and result orientation • Energetic and enthusiastic • Bold and courageous • People management: do appraisals, give feedback, motivate, retain people, bring clarity
