🎯 **Role Overview** We are looking for a **.NET Technical Lead** who can drive **design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications** . The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on coding expertise along with the ability to lead teams and collaborate with stakeholders. 🚀 **Roles & Responsibilities** - Lead end-to-end **application development using .NET technologies** - Design and implement **scalable, high-performance solutions** - Work on **architecture, design patterns, and code reviews** - Guide and mentor a team of developers - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, DevOps, Product) - Ensure adherence to **coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines** - Drive **Agile/Scrum ceremonies** and ensure timely delivery - Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide solutions - Participate in **client discussions and technical decision-making** 🔧 **Required Skills** - Strong experience in **.NET / .NET Core / ASP.NET MVC / Web API** - Proficiency in **C#, OOPs, Design Patterns** - Experience with **Microservices architecture** - Good knowledge of **SQL Server / databases** - Hands-on with **REST APIs, Web Services** - Experience with **frontend technologies (Angular / React – optional)** - Familiarity with **CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps / Jenkins)** - Exposure to **cloud platforms (Azure preferred)** ⭐ **Good to Have** - Experience with **Docker, Kubernetes, containerization** - Knowledge of **event-driven architecture (Kafka, RabbitMQ)** - Exposure to **DevOps and automation tools** - Understanding of **security best practices** 🏆 **Key Competencies** - Strong **problem-solving and analytical skills** - Leadership and team management - Excellent communication and stakeholder handling
