**Position Overview** We are seeking an DotNet, SQL Developer to join our IT team in Bengaluru. The successful candidate will work closely with the development team to implement new functionality, ensure quality of deliverables, and own application knowledge. The role requires a strong technical background in DotNet and SQL, as well as excellent communication and analytical skills. **Job Responsibilities** - Work as part of a global team to implement new functionality, following standards and best practices - Ensure high-quality deliverables, with a focus on test coverage and peer review - Own application knowledge and keep the knowledge library up to date - Represent the team during releases and work with the APS team to ensure pre and post-release validation - Train junior team members and ensure knowledge sharing and backup - Adopt and own the strategic direction of the new platform - Ensure assigned deliveries are fulfilled, with a focus on impact analysis, solution identification, documentation, estimation, implementation, testing, and peer review **Required Skills and Experience** - Minimum 7.5 years of experience, with a Master's degree or equivalent - Prior experience in a similar domain - Strong technical skills in: - C#.Net - WPF - SQL - SSRS - WCF / Web API / Web Service - Pattern & Practices (Peer review, Object-Oriented Programming, Agile Methodology, DevOps) - Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills - Ability to work as a team player and adapt to a fast-paced environment **Contributing Responsibilities** - Contribute to the identification of technical debt and plan for addressing it - Contribute to initiatives to improve processes and delivery **About the Company** BNP Paribas is the European Union's leading bank and a key player in international banking, operating in 65 countries with nearly 185,000 employees.
