Assessment 2026. **About Position:** We are seeking a talented C# .NET WPF Developer with 5+ years of experience in desktop application development and Medical Instrumentation domain expertise. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance software applications using C#, .NET, WPF, and MVVM architecture for instrument-driven solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills, hands-on experience with medical or laboratory instruments, and the ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment. - **Role: .Net WPF Developer** - **Location: All Persistent Locations** - **Experience: 5 to 12 yrs** - **Job Type: Full Time Employment** **What You'll Do:** - Design, develop, and maintain desktop applications using C#, .NET, WPF, and MVVM architecture. - Build high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions for medical and laboratory instrumentation systems. - Develop features involving multi-threading, asynchronous programming, and device communication. - Integrate software applications with instruments using TCP/IP, Serial/COM ports, and communication protocols. - Write clean, efficient, and testable code following coding standards and design patterns. - Create and execute unit tests using NUnit/XUnit to ensure application quality and reliability. - Troubleshoot complex technical issues, perform root-cause analysis, and optimize application performance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Management, QA, and Engineering to deliver successful releases. - Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and best practices. - Support software validation, maintenance, and enhancement activities throughout the product lifecycle. - Work in an Agile development environment and actively contribute to technical discussions and solution design. **Expertise You'll Bring:** - We are looking for a passionate and experienced software professional with strong expertise in C#, .NET, and WPF application development, along with hands-on experience in the Medical Instrumentation domain. - The ideal candidate should possess excellent problem-solving abilities, a strong understanding of software engineering best practices, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment. - 5+ years of experience in software development using C# and .NET technologies. - Strong hands-on experience in WPF, MVVM architecture, and WCF. - Experience developing and maintaining desktop applications in Windows environments. - Proficiency in multi-threading, asynchronous programming, and concurrent application design. - Experience with Unit Testing frameworks such as NUnit or xUnit and Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices. - Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts, design patterns, and software development best practices. - Experience writing clean, maintainable, scalable, and high-quality code. - Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills. - Hands-on experience in Medical Instrumentation, Scientific Instruments, Laboratory Systems, or Healthcare Device Software Development (Mandatory). - Experience with device communication protocols such as TCP/IP, Serial/COM ports, or other instrument communication interfaces. - Ability to work effectively in Agile development environments and collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Experience working with LC-MS, HPLC, UPLC, Mass Spectrometry, Diagnostic, or Life Sciences instruments. - Exposure to regulated environments and software quality standards. - Experience with software validation and verification processes. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Instrumentation Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related Engineering discipline. - Candidates with a strong software development background and relevant medical/scientific instrumentation experience will be preferred. **Benefits:** - Competitive salary and benefits package - Culture focused on talent development with quarterly growth opportunities and company-sponsored higher education and certifications - Opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies - Employee engagement initiatives such as project parties, flexible work hours, and Long Service awards - Annual health check-ups - Insurance coverage: group term life, personal accident, and Mediclaim hospitalization f
