Get to Know Our Team The Global Service Delivery team supports Agoda’s office infrastructure, staff connectivity, hardware, software, and system access across our global offices. Within Global Service Delivery, the People Technology team manages the systems that support Agoda’s people operations. Our platforms, including Workday, support important HR processes such as employee data management, payroll, benefits, performance, and organizational information. The Opportunity Agoda is looking for a People Technology Data Migration Specialist to support Workday data migration activities. This role will focus on preparing and managing Employee Import (EIB) files, coordinating data migration activities, maintaining the cutover plan, tracking project actions and issues, and supporting data validation before and after migration. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working with Excel, and able to coordinate effectively with project stakeholders and business teams. In This Role, You’ll Get To EIB Preparation and Data Loading • Prepare and maintain Workday EIB templates and files. • Collect data from relevant stakeholders and ensure it is provided in the correct format. • Review EIB files for completeness, accuracy, and formatting issues. • Coordinate EIB data loads according to the agreed project schedule. <li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="39" data-list-defn-pro
