Job description

- Graduation or post-graduation in commerce or accounting with relevant experience of 3-5 years in MIS reporting, analysis of budget to actual variances, querying financial data - Perform analysis and insights into revenue, assignments and consultant contributions and to identify key business drivers - Prepare FP&A reports in a timely & accurate manner - Good oral and written communication skills in English - Excellent knowledge in MS Office applications - Understanding of end-to-end processes and appreciation of critical parameters - Problem identification and analytical ability. - Strong knowledge of MS Office - Self-initiative, drive and zeal for continuous improvement. - Ability to discharge the responsibilities in a conflicting environment - Conformance with Policies/Compliances - Ability to coach and give feedback on an ongoing basis.
