Job Title: 4PL Lead – Integrated LogisticsLocation: Ballabgarh Role Overview At Maersk, we are transforming into a global integrator of container logistics, connecting and simplifying our customers’ supply chains. The 4PL Lead plays a critical role in orchestrating end-to-end logistics solutions, ensuring consistent and high-quality service delivery aligned with Maersk’s brand promise. This role is responsible for driving customer success, managing commercial pipeline opportunities, and enabling continuous improvement across the supply chain ecosystem.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Experience & Relationship Management • Act as the primary interface for strategic 4PL customers, building strong and trusted partnerships. • Develop deep insights into customers’ supply chains, business models, and strategic priorities. • Translate customer needs into actionable plans within the Customer Experience and Operations teams. • Drive a proactive, solution-oriented approach to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. Integrated Service Delivery • Ensure consistent, high-quality delivery of 4PL services in line with Maersk’s global standards and brand promise. • Orchestrate multiple stakeholders (internal teams and external partners) to deliver seamless end-to-end logistics solutions. • Monitor service performance, ensuring SLA adherence and continuous service excellence. Commercial & Pipeline Management • Contribute to pipeline development and actively manage commercial opportunities within assigned accounts. • Drive revenue growth by ensuring effective quote follow-up, opportunity conversion, and engagement with internal sales teams. • Deliver against agreed commercial targets, aligned with segmentation strategy and growth priorities. Operational Leadership & Performance Management • Review team and operational performance regularly, identifying risks, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement. • Provide leadership and direction to ensure high-quality execution and accountability. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Product, and Sales teams to drive performance outcomes. Continuous Improvement & Transformation • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives across processes, systems, and service delivery models. • Drive change management initiatives to support Maersk’s transformation into an integrated logistics provider. • Leverage data and insights to optimize supply chain performance and customer value. Key Competencies • Strong understanding of 4PL/Lead Logistics Provider (LLP) models and integrated supply chain solutions • Customer-centric mindset with proven stakeholder management skills • Commercial acumen with experience in pipeline and revenue management • Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration within complex, matrix organizations • Analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a continuous improvement mindset • Strong communication and influencing skills Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Business, or related field • 10+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or 4PL/LLP environments • Experience in customer-facing roles within integrated logistics or contract logistics preferred • Exposure to global logistics operations and transformation initiatives is an advantage Success Measures • Customer satisfaction and retention (NPS / CX metrics) • Delivery of commercial targets and pipeline conversion • Service delivery performance (SLA adherence, operational KPIs) • Continuous improvement impact and efficiency gains • Strength of customer relationships and account growth Maersk is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace, and we embrace different styles of thinking.
