**Location:** Bangalore, KA, IN **Company:** Alstom Could you be the UX Designer Diagnostics in our Advanced Creative Design Global (ACD) team were looking **Role Responsibilities** **UX Design** - Create user flows and wireframes. - Design task-oriented workflows. - Support journey mapping and information architecture. - Translate research findings into design solutions. **UI Design** - Create high-fidelity interfaces. - Apply design system components. - Ensure visual consistency across products. - Design responsive layouts. **Collaboration** - Partner with Product Managers and Development Teams. - Participate in all design reviews. - Support usability testing activities. - Maintain design documentation. - Bi-weekly Management updates **Preferred** - Enterprise application experience. - Transportation, manufacturing, or industrial domain exposure. - Motion design skills. - Basic understanding of front-end technologies. **Eligibility** - Bachelor or Masters Degree in Design, UX, HCI, Visual Communication or equivalent. - 26 years of UX/UI experience. - Strong Figma proficiency. - Portfolio demonstrating UX process and visual design capabilities. - Understanding of accessibility principles. - Excellent presentation skills in all written, visual, and content creation aspects. - Strong inclination for sustainable future / mobility ecosystem and related Physital UI / UX solutions - Exceptional workflow on Research, Ideation,storyboarding and presentation. - A portfoliodemonstratingclearer understanding and skills with variety and spread on User experience design work is essential to apply for this position. **Prospect** - Explore new avenues of rail mobility by developing proposals on User Experience / Passenger Experience Design on different Alstom platforms. - Collaborate with Senior Mentor Team members to brainstorm and create innovative design solutions to ensuretimelyand efficient delivery. - Involve in Mobility design / CMF Design / trend research and provide insights for future physital solutions in larger ecosystem of Mass Mobility. - Engage in creating design presentations, visual content for UI / UX Assignments, design communication materials. - Contribute to an engaging, collaborative and a thriving studio culture. Note: Contractual Role (12-15 Months) - With greater possibility for long-term extension, based on performance evaluation. You dont need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us.
