Ab Initio Developer

Job description

- Primary skills:Technology->Data Management - Data Integration->Ab Initio 5–9 years of experience in ETL-Data Integration development. Strong hands-on experience with: Ab Initio GDE (Graphical Development Environment) Ab Initio Co-Operating System Expertise in Ab Initio components: Rollup, Scan, Join, Partition, Sort, Reformat, etc. Experience with parallel processing and performance tuning. Strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts (OLAP, ETL, Star/Snowflake schemas). Proficiency in SQL and relational databases (Oracle, Teradata, SQL Server). Strong experience in Unix/Linux and shell scripting. Knowledge of job scheduling tools (Autosys, Control-M). Experience with Ab Initio Metadata Hub (MHUB), EME (Enterprise Metadata Environment). Familiarity with Ab Initio Data Quality / Continuous Flows. Knowledge of Big Data technologies (Hadoop, Spark). Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure). Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Experience in banking/financial services domain (preferred).
