**ABOUT THE ROLE** **The Academic Advisor role is a crucial part of LEADs Excellence Team. This role directly works with teachers and school leaders to ensure effective implementation of LEADs academic system in partner schools. Through training, coaching, monitoring, and collaboration, the Academic Advisor ensures student outcomes are met while helping to scale LEADs mission of delivering excellent education to every child.** **LOCATION** **Pan India** **WHO WERE LOOKING FOR** **Experience:** **3+ years in academic support and teacher training, or 35 years of K-10 teaching experience (Teacher, Principal, Academic Coordinator), or 12 years of fellowship experience (e.g., Teach For India) plus 23 years of post-fellowship experience 2+ years of managing teacher teams** **Experience in EdTech or SchoolTech academic operations/consulting roles** **Must be open to traveling 1520 days per month** **Educational Background: Bachelors degree (B.Ed or M.Ed preferred)** **Technical & Functional Skills:** **Strong training and facilitation experience in pedagogy and curriculum implementation** **Skilled in data-driven discussions and performance tracking** **Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and collaborate across large, diverse teams** **Excellent communication and relationship-building skills** **WHAT YOULL DO** **Train and coach school leaders, academic coordinators, and teachers to implement the LEAD academic system** **Monitor school execution through classroom observations and performance data** **Generate insightful reports on student and teacher performance and suggest interventions** **Build strong relationships with school stakeholders to ensure retention and satisfaction** **Collaborate cross-functionally to solve implementation challenges in partner schools** **Feed field insights back into internal teams to enhance academic products and systems** **Drive adoption and consistent execution of LEADs academic methodology** **WHAT WE VALUE** **Passion for transforming education and delivering impact** **Strong ownership mindset with a problem-solving attitude** **Excellent interpersonal, communication, and coaching abilities** **Flexibility and adaptability to dynamic field conditions** **Hunger to learn, contribute, and grow with the organization** **JOIN US IN TRANSFORMING EDUCATION IN INDIA** Disclaimer: This job posting has been aggregated from external source.
