The organization continues to develop new products aimed at transforming education and addressing the challenges faced by all stakeholders. **Role Description** The Academic Area Manager is a full-time on-site role based in Rohtak, responsible for overseeing the academic implementation of Next Education’s solutions across assigned schools. Responsibilities include coordinating curriculum delivery, monitoring classroom usage of Next Education products, and supporting school leadership and teaching staff in achieving learning outcomes. The role involves conducting academic audits, analyzing performance data, and providing feedback and training to educators to improve teaching practices and product adoption. The Academic Area Manager will collaborate with internal teams to share field insights, assist in resolving academic-related issues, and ensure alignment with Next Education’s standards and policies. The position also requires regular school visits, relationship management with key stakeholders, and documentation and reporting of academic operations in the region. **Qualifications** - Background in Education and Curriculum Development, with the ability to understand and implement K–12 academic programs and learning design. - Experience in Educational Management, including school coordination, academic planning, and stakeholder engagement. - Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with school leaders, teachers, and internal teams. - Solid Analytical Skills to interpret academic data, track performance metrics, and recommend improvements. - Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Education or a related field; B.Ed. or equivalent qualification is preferred. - Experience working with schools or edtech solutions, ideally within the K–12 segment. - Ability to travel regularly within the Rohtak region and manage multiple school engagements. - Proficiency in using digital tools and SaaS-based platforms; comfort with basic reporting and documentation.
