**Job description** As a Learning Consultant/Senior Learning Consultant, you will be responsible for drivingenrollments for our high-end, premium professional certification and degree programs (includingadvanced programs in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, and Business Analytics inpartnership with top global universities like IIT Bombay and Johns Hopkins University). You willact as a trusted advisor to working professionals and students, helping them choose the rightcareer path and educational programs to accelerate their careers. **What you will do:** - Consultative Sales: Engage with prospective learners to understand their career goals andprovide personalized program recommendations that bridge the gap between their current skills and aspirations. - End-to-End Funnel Management: Own the entire sales journey, including lead qualification,career counseling, objection handling, and driving enrollments. - Strategic Revenue Growth: Consistently meet and exceed monthly enrollment and revenuetargets while delivering a superior customer experience. - Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience fornew learners. **Job Details** Location: Gurgaon and Bangalore Work Mode: Hybrid (6 Days a Week) Shift Timing: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM **Key Competencies** - Communication & Influence: Exceptional ability to build trust, listen actively, and influencedecision-making through consultative conversations. - Learning Agility & Tech Awareness: Strong ability to quickly grasp, retain, and explaintechnical trends (e.g., AI/ML, Data Science). We value learning agility and retention over asimple resume scan of past technical roles. - Learning Agility & Retention: Ability to quickly grasp new technical concepts, retaininformation, and apply it in consultative conversations, even without a deep technicalbackground. - Resilience & Drive: A performance-oriented mindset; comfortable working in a fast-pacedenvironment and resilient in handling targets and objections. - Ownership: High level of accountability and a customer-first approach.
