Role Description The Academic Manager role at Next Education is a full-time, on-site position based in Rohtak. The Academic Manager will oversee the implementation of Next Education’s academic solutions in partner schools, ensuring alignment of curriculum, teaching practices, and assessments with company standards and educational board requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with school leadership and teachers, monitoring academic performance, conducting classroom observations, and providing training and support on Next Education products and methodologies. The role involves analyzing academic data to identify areas for improvement, preparing reports and action plans, and facilitating continuous academic quality enhancement. The Academic Manager will collaborate closely with internal product, content, and support teams to ensure smooth academic operations and high-quality learner outcomes. Qualifications • Strong Educational Management and school operations skills, with experience overseeing academic programs or managing academic teams. • Curriculum Development and Education expertise, including familiarity with K–12 curricula, instructional design, and assessment practices. • Excellent Communication skills for working with school leadership, teachers, and internal stakeholders, including training and presentation abilities. • Robust Analytical Skills to interpret academic data, track learning outcomes, and recommend evidence-based improvements. • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or a related field; B.Ed./M.Ed. or equivalent qualification is preferred. • Experience in the K–12 sector, ideally with CBSE, ICSE, or state boards; prior work with edtech or SaaS-based education solutions is an advantage. • Ability to work on-site in Rohtak, travel to partner schools as needed, and manage multiple academic initiatives concurrently. • Proficiency in basic digital tools and learning platforms; comfort with data reporting and documentation.
