**Job Title: Area Manager – Academics** ​ **Company:** Next Education Pvt. Ltd. ​ **Travel Requirement:** 60%–80% ​ **Job Type:** Full-time, Permanent ​ ​ ​ **Role Summary** ​ The **Area Manager – Academics** is responsible for the end-to-end implementation,  monitoring, and continuous improvement of Next Education’s academic programs across  partner schools within the assigned region. This role serves as the **single point of contact** **for all academic matters** for schools, ensuring effective utilization of curriculum, digital  tools, labs, and assessments to drive measurable teaching and learning outcomes. ​ ​ **Key Responsibilities** ​ Lead and manage the implementation of Next Education’s academic programs across  assigned schools in the Maharashtra region. ​ ​ Conduct teacher training programs, orientations, and academic workshops to ensure high- quality program delivery and adoption. ​ ​ Monitor classroom practices and support schools in effective usage of curriculum, digital  content, labs, and assessment tools. ​ ​ Coordinate the delivery, availability, and utilization of textbooks, teaching aids, digital  resources, and lab materials. ​ ​ Ensure smooth execution of assessments, ERP systems, academic reporting, and  compliance processes. ​ ​ Build and maintain strong relationships with school leadership, teachers, and internal  academic and operations teams. ​ ​ Track program performance, identify implementation gaps, handle escalations, and  provide timely solutions. ​ ​ Conduct academic audits, classroom observations, and data analysis to drive continuous  academic improvement. ​ ​ Share regular reports, insights, and feedback with internal stakeholders to support  strategic decision-making. ​   ​ **Desired Skills & Competencies** ​ ​ Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills. ​ ​ Proven experience in teacher training, academic operations, curriculum implementation, or  school program management. ​ ​ High level of comfort with technology, ERP systems, and digital classroom tools. ​ ​ Ability to manage multiple schools, stakeholders, and priorities effectively. ​ Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven and solution-oriented approach. ​ ​ **Educational Qualifications** ​ ​ Graduate/Postgraduate in **Education, Science, or a related field** (preferred). ​ ​ Relevant certifications in education, training, or academic leadership will be an added  advantage. ​ ​ **Additional Requirements** ​ ​ **Mandatory travel (60%–80%) for regular school visits** across the assigned area. ​ Must own a **laptop** and an **Android mobile phone** for official work. ​ ​
