Founded in 2007 and headquartered in Hyderabad, India, the company continues to develop innovative products that aim to transform the education system for all stakeholders. **Role Description** The Academic Trainer – Preprimary is a full-time, on-site role based in Hubli. The trainer will conduct training sessions and workshops for preprimary teachers on using Next Education’s curriculum, digital tools, and teaching methodologies effectively. Responsibilities include demonstrating age-appropriate classroom practices, modeling lesson delivery, and supporting schools in implementing structured learning plans and assessments. The role also involves observing classroom sessions, providing constructive feedback, documenting training outcomes, and reporting academic implementation progress. The trainer will collaborate with internal academic and product teams to share field insights, refine training content, and ensure alignment with curriculum standards. **Qualifications** - Strong expertise in early childhood / preprimary education, with a clear understanding of child development and age-appropriate pedagogy. - Experience designing or delivering teacher training, workshops, or academic interventions in school settings. - Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and confidently to diverse educator groups, both in English and local languages as needed. - Comfort with educational technology platforms and digital content, including presentations, interactive tools, and classroom software. - Excellent classroom observation, feedback, and mentoring skills, with a focus on practical, actionable guidance. - Strong organizational and documentation skills to plan training calendars, maintain reports, and track implementation outcomes. - Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field; a B.Ed. or specialized preprimary qualification is preferred. - Prior experience in preprimary teaching or academic coordination in schools, ideally within CBSE or other Indian boards. - Willingness to travel locally to partner schools, adapt to different school environments, and work collaboratively with school leadership.
