**ACBS Lending Consultant (Implementation Consultant)** 📍 **Location:** Pune / Bangalore 💼 **Experience:** 5–15 Years 💰 **Compensation:** Up to 33 LPA ⏳ **Notice Period:** Immediate to 30 Days **About the Role** We are seeking an experienced **ACBS Lending Consultant** to lead the implementation and deployment of enterprise lending solutions for banking and financial services clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in **Commercial and Corporate Lending** , along with hands-on experience in lending platform implementations and consulting engagements. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and implementation partners to configure, integrate, test, and deploy lending solutions that meet business and operational requirements. **Key Responsibilities** Client Engagement & Requirements Analysis - Conduct workshops and discussions with business stakeholders to gather requirements. - Analyze business processes and document functional requirements. - Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend appropriate solution configurations. - Create and maintain As-Is and To-Be process maps. Product Implementation & Configuration - Lead end-to-end implementation of lending platform solutions. - Configure workflows, business rules, operational parameters, and exception handling processes. - Translate business requirements into system configurations and functional workflows. - Support product customization and parameterization as required. Integration & Data Migration - Collaborate with technical teams on system integrations through APIs and messaging frameworks. - Define and execute data mapping and migration activities. - Validate migrated data and ensure data quality and accuracy. Testing & Deployment - Support functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing. - Troubleshoot issues and coordinate resolutions with cross-functional teams. - Participate in go-live planning, deployment activities, and post-production support. - Monitor system performance during hypercare and stabilization phases. Collaboration & Documentation - Work closely with business users, technology teams, QA teams, and project stakeholders. - Prepare configuration documents, SOPs, and training materials. - Conduct user training and knowledge transfer sessions. **Required Skills & Experience** Domain Expertise - Strong knowledge of **Commercial and Corporate Lending** . - Experience with:Bilateral Lending - Syndicated Lending - Agency Administration - Asset-Based Lending (ABL) - Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Lending - Loan Servicing - End-to-End Loan Lifecycle Management Product Expertise - Hands-on experience with **ACBS (Advanced Commercial Banking System)** . - Experience implementing or supporting commercial lending platforms. - Familiarity with industry solutions such as: - Loan IQ - nCino - AFSVision - Temenos - Other commercial lending platforms **Functional & Technical Skills** - End-to-end product implementation lifecycle experience. - Requirements gathering and solution design. - Workflow and business rule configuration. - Data migration and validation. - API and system integration. - Testing, deployment, and production support. - Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. **Preferred Qualifications** - Experience implementing enterprise banking products and lending solutions. - Exposure to Temenos, Finastra, treasury, payments, or lending platforms. - Strong understanding of implementation methodologies and compliance frameworks. - Consulting or client-facing implementation experience preferred.
