Job Description: Senior Technical Delivery Manager (15+ Years) Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Technical Delivery Manager with strong endtoend project lifecycle ownership, handson engineering background, and a modern AIdriven mindset. The role requires close technical delivery management, customer engagement, cost ownership, and team leadership in a service delivery environment. Experience - Overall Experience: 15+ years - Proven experience managing endtoend project lifecycle from presales, solutioning, delivery, operations, to closure - Strong background in servicebased IT organizations (preferred over pure product companies) Key Responsibilities Technical & Delivery Leadership - Lead endtoend technical delivery across multiple projects/accounts - Maintain handson technical understanding; candidates with only testing backgrounds are not suitable - Drive product development and/or data engineering initiatives - Ensure highquality, predictable, and ontime delivery through structured processes Solution & Innovation - Apply AI mindset, design thinking, and solutionoriented approaches - Challenge legacy thinking and bring modern engineering practices to delivery - Partner with architects and engineering teams on solution design and technical decisions Customer & Stakeholder Management - Act as the primary customer interface for delivery - Demonstrate strong customer focus, managing expectations and escalations - Communicate clearly, confidently, and assertively with senior stakeholders Operations & Financial Ownership - Own delivery operations, cost management, and P&L for assigned engagements - Manage staffing, utilization, margins, and delivery efficiency - Operations is embedded within the role, not a separate function People & Process - Lead, mentor, and grow highperforming engineering teams - Drive process discipline, governance, and delivery metrics - Be detailoriented with close tracking of risks, dependencies, and milestones Required Skills & Competencies - Strong handson development background (Java, .NET, Python, data platforms, cloud, etc.) - Experience in product engineering and/or data engineering - Deep understanding of SDLC, Agile, DevOps, and modern delivery models - Strong analytical, problemsolving, and decisionmaking skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills Domain Experience (Preferred) - Healthcare & Life Sciences - Healthcare Payer / Insurance domain
