**Job Title:** AR Caller / Accounts Receivable Caller **Experience:** 1- 3 years preferred **Employment Type:** Full-time Job Summary An **AR Caller** is responsible for following up with customers/clients regarding outstanding invoices and ensuring timely collection of payments. The role involves regular communication with customers, resolving payment-related queries, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the companys accounts receivable process. **Key Responsibilities** - Make outbound calls to customers regarding overdue and outstanding invoices. - Follow up on promised payment dates and ensure commitments are met. - Communicate invoice details, outstanding balances, and payment terms clearly. - Identify and resolve payment discrepancies, billing issues, and customer queries. - Coordinate with internal teams such as Billing, Sales, and Accounts Payable to resolve disputes. - Maintain accurate records of calls, customer responses, payment commitments, and follow-ups. - Send payment reminders through email and other approved communication channels. - Escalate long-pending or disputed accounts to the appropriate team. - Meet daily/weekly collection and calling targets. - Prepare and maintain reports related to outstanding accounts and collections. - Ensure all customer interactions are professional and properly documented. **Required Skills** - Good verbal and written communication skills. - Strong negotiation and follow-up skills. - Basic knowledge of **Accounts Receivable, invoicing, collections, and payment processes**. - Good MS Excel and computer skills. - Ability to handle customer objections and payment disputes professionally. - Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills. - Ability to work independently and meet targets. - Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills. **Qualification** - Bachelors degree in **Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration**, or a related field preferred. - Prior experience in AR, collections, finance, BPO/KPO, or customer service is an advantage. **Interested Candidates can share the resume to** S.
