**Job Title:** New Build Team Member **Department:** Site Acquisition - New Build **Reporting To:** New Build Lead **Job Purpose** The New Build Team Member is responsible for acquiring suitable sites as per customer-provided latitude and longitude requirements, completing site acquisition activities, and collecting all necessary documents to ensure compliance and project readiness. **Key Responsibilities** - Conduct field visits for soft and hard site acquisition activities. - Manage Handover-Takeover (HOTO) processes for acquired sites. - Achieve monthly site acquisition and delivery targets. - Collect and verify required site acquisition and compliance documents. - Use the iAcquire tool for site visit management and reporting. - Complete RWM and CCA-related activities accurately. - Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate site acquisition and deployment. **Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)** - Achievement of monthly acquisition targets. - Timely completion of site acquisitions and HOTO activities. - Accuracy and completeness of document collection. - Effective usage of iAcquire and RWM tools. - Delivery of planned annual site acquisition and deployment numbers. **Decision-Making Authority** - Identify and acquire sites as per approved latitude and longitude requirements. - Escalate site-related deviations and keep management informed when required. - Seek approval from the New Build Lead for decisions beyond authorized limits. **Internal Stakeholders** - Planning Team - Legal Team - Deployment Team **External Stakeholders** - Telecom Operators (OPCO Teams) - Municipal Authorities - Local Government Bodies - Property Owners and Landlords **Major Challenges** - Obtaining real-time RF approvals and support from operators. - Securing NOCs and approvals from municipal authorities. - Managing acquisition timelines in locations with unfavorable telecom policies. **Educational Qualification** - Graduate in any discipline. **Experience** - 2 to 5 years of experience in Telecom Deployment, Site Management, Operations, or related functions. **Required Knowledge** - Basic telecom industry knowledge. - Understanding of site acquisition processes. - Familiarity with urban land laws and regulations. **Required Skills** - Site Acquisition - Negotiation Skills - Sales and Business Development - Stakeholder Management - Communication Skills - Documentation and Compliance Management **Typical Work Profile** - 90% Field activities including site acquisition, rental negotiations, agreement execution, market surveys, document collection, SST support, JV coordination, and site visits. - 3% Operator engagement and coordination. - 7% Reviews, reporting, and monitoring activities.
