Actimize Developer / Lead Developer

We are looking for an experienced **Actimize Developer / Lead Developer** with strong hands-on expertise in **NICE Actimize** solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep experience with **AIS, RCM, ActOne, and IFM** , along with solid Java and SQL development skills. This role offers an opportunity to work on enterprise-scale compliance, fraud, and risk management initiatives within a global banking environment. **Key Responsibilities** ✅ Design, develop, and enhance solutions using NICE Actimize platforms (ActOne, AIS, RCM, IFM) ✅ Lead complex development initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams ✅ Create and customize Actimize models, workflows, and rules based on business requirements ✅ Participate in the complete SDLC lifecycle, including requirements analysis, development, testing, deployment, and support ✅ Perform database design, SQL development, performance optimization, and troubleshooting ✅ Contribute to enterprise compliance, AML, fraud detection, and risk management solutions **Required Skills** - 6–10 years of IT experience - Strong hands-on experience with **NICE Actimize** - Expertise in **AIS (Actimize Intelligent Server)** and **RCM (Risk Case Manager)** - Experience with **ActOne** and/or **IFM** - Strong Java development skills - Strong SQL and database design experience - Understanding of Compliance, AML, Fraud Management, or Risk domains - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills **Nice to Have** - Experience in Banking & Financial Services - Knowledge of performance tuning, multithreading, and scalability - Exposure to global delivery environments
