Job description

Role:-Associate Director - Lead PostgreSQL DBA teams across multiple projects/accounts. - Define database architecture, governance, standards, and best practices. - Manage high availability, disaster recovery, backup, and recovery solutions. - Drive database performance tuning and optimization initiatives. - Plan and execute PostgreSQL upgrades, migrations, and cloud adoption programs. - Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and security teams. - Manage stakeholder communications and provide technical leadership. - Ensure compliance with security, audit, and regulatory requirements. - Mentor and develop DBA teams.
