**Position Overview** **Location:** Kia Regional Office Bangalore, Byatarayanapura, Bengaluru, Karnataka **Qualification:** Any Degree Under graduation / Postgraduate with relevant experience **Designation:** Asst. Manager ~ Deputy Manager Team Member **Reporting To:** Head of Section **Function:** Expat Management **Role & responsibilities** - Coordinate end-to-end expatriate accommodation services, including identification of suitable housing, lease administration, rental payments, security deposits, lease renewals, move-in/move-out formalities, and recovery of security deposits upon vacating. - Collaborate with the Legal Department to prepare, review, and execute lease agreements and other accommodation-related contractual documentation. - Manage expatriate relocation and settlement services by coordinating logistics, temporary/weekend accommodation, transportation, airport transfers, and local driver arrangements to ensure a seamless relocation experience. - Liaise with healthcare providers, hospitals, international schools, and recreational clubs to facilitate access to quality healthcare, school admissions for expatriates' children, and club memberships as required. - Act as the primary point of contact for expatriates by providing ongoing assistance, addressing accommodation and relocation-related concerns, and offering guidance and support during emergency or crisis situations. - Coordinate with the maintenance team, housing agencies, and external service providers to ensure timely resolution of accommodation-related issues and a comfortable living environment. - Manage vendor coordination for expatriate support services, including the procurement and distribution of Korean groceries, invoice verification, and payment processing. - Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure efficient delivery of expatriate support services. - Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and internal procedures while maintaining accurate records and documentation related to expatriate accommodation, relocation, and welfare services. **Required Mandatory Skill Set:** - Expatriate Relocation Management - Vendor Management - Lease & Contract Administration - Logistics Coordination - Stakeholder Management - Communication Skills - Organizational Skills - Problem-Solving - Time Management - Cross-Cultural Communication - Attention to Detail - MS Office Proficiency
