**Role & responsibilities** Strong hands-on experience in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) for customer journey design and orchestration • Solid expertise in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) including schemas, segmentation, and Real-Time Customer Profile • Proficiency in API integrations and managing cross-platform data flows • Experience in real-time data processing and event-driven architectures • Strong understanding of workflow configuration, decisioning logic, and personalization strategies • Ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize using data-driven insights • Good knowledge of omnichannel campaign execution (Email, Web, Mobile) • Experience in troubleshooting and production support for AJO/AEP platforms • Familiarity with Adobe ecosystem tools (Adobe Campaign, Adobe Target) good to have • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and collaborative delivery environments Key Responsibilities\\* • Design, build, and optimize end-to-end customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer • Develop and execute omnichannel campaigns across email, mobile, and web channels • Configure and manage workflows, decision rules, and audience segmentation • Integrate AJO with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and other enterprise systems • Handle API integrations and real-time data pipelines for seamless data exchange • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve campaign and platform-related issues • Analyze campaign results and drive continuous optimization and performance improvement • Maintain documentation, playbooks, and best practices for operational excellence • Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver solutions • Support ongoing platform enhancements and innovation initiatives
