Job description

In the Adobe India GTM team, you’ll work as a Solutions Consultant, guiding customers to develop connected, data-driven journeys and measurable outcomes for their digital businesses. You will focus primarily on Data & Insights (D&I) solutions. This includes Real-Time CDP (RT-CDP), Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), and Target. Collaborating with Account Executives and cross-functional specialists, you’ll invent solution strategy, prepare demos and proof-of-concepts, and build clear business and technical cases that highlight value and establish solution superiority to win sales deals ! This position serves as the main technical expert for the field sales force and supports sales efforts in India. **What You’ll Do** - Lead discovery and solutioning: Merge industry trends and customer goals and translate into a pertinent Point of View (PoV) presentation in the customer’s context, articulating what they should do to grow their business. - Deliver compelling demos: Build and deliver tailored demonstrations and outstanding technical storytelling that connect data, insights, and journeys to outcomes (conversion, retention, attribution). - Run proof‑of‑concepts: Define success criteria, set up sandboxes and data flows, evaluate results, and document findings with next‑step recommendations. - Build technical cases: Document assumptions, data sources, use cases, KPIs, risks, privacy controls, and scale considerations using standard tech‑case templates; socialize with collaborators. - Respond to RFIs/RFPs: Own the functional/technical sections, architecture diagrams, and delivery approach in partnership with product and services teams. - Partner for success: Collaborate with services solution architects to scope, estimate, and align on implementation paths that ensure smooth hand‑offs; establish & maintain strong relationships throughout the engagement cycle. - Drive value realization: Share guidelines and best practices, new features, and use cases with the customers and partners. - Stay current: Track releases, roadmap signals, and industry trends across Agentic AI in personalization, digital analytics, and omni‑channel journeys. **What You’ll Bring** - Experience: 8+ years in presales or consulting for digital analytics, customer data platforms, or journey orchestration. You must have hands-on experience with at least two Adobe solutions, such as RTCDP, CJA, AJO or Analytics. - Data proficiency: Comfort with data modeling, identity, enterprise data sources, dashboards & drill-down analysis for insights, segmentation, event streaming, and integrations driven by APIs; able to assess data quality and readiness. - Journey expertise: Practical understanding of activation destinations for channel orchestration (email, mobile, web, paid), and measurement in CJA/Analytics. - Storytelling: Clear communication to both technical and business audiences; confident presenting to senior collaborators with inclusive, outcome‑focused language. - Architecture literacy: Ability to sketch scalable, privacy-aware builds across cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), with secure data movement and governance. Understanding of standard implementation patterns for data collection from web, mobile, offline data sources etc. - Collaboration: Positive, proactive teammate who co‑creates with sales, product, and services; balances multiple opportunities without losing detail; understanding of pre-sales stages and milestones. **Nice to have** - Experience with identity stitching, consent management, and regional privacy frameworks; familiarity with journey experimentation and uplift measurement. - Experience with Adobe Audience Manager, Target or similar activation/personalization platforms. - Comfort with prototyping in JS/HTML for simple web/app instrumentations when needed. **How Success Is Measured** - Solution quality: Clear, customer-aligned architectures and demos that connect to important metrics. - Velocity: Timely delivery of discovery, demos, and POCs or equivalent experience with crisp documentation. - Collaboration & enablement: Positive feedback from sellers, partners, and customers; reuse of your assets across the team. - Impact: Opportunity progression and win, validated technical fit & tech win, post‑sale value realization. - We love candidates who take initiative, enthusiasm, go getter attitude and have a flair for sales **Location** This role is based in Mumbai, India, with periodic travel for customer workshops, field events, or POCs (typically up to 50%, depending on need). **Equal opportunity** We encourage candidates from all backgrounds.
