Educational Requirements Bachelor of Engineering Service Line Digital Experience Responsibilities - Workfront Solution Design Configuration: Configure and optimize Adobe Workfront objects including projects, tasks, issues, templates, custom forms, and statuses to meet business needs. - Design and implement workflows, approvals, routing rules, and automations to improve delivery efficiency and governance. - Build and maintain custom forms, calculated fields, and validation logic to ensure data quality and usability. - Integrations Automation: Develop and support integrations using Workfront APIs to connect Workfront with enterprise tools and downstream systems. - Create event-driven and scheduled automations to reduce manual effort and improve operational consistency. - Troubleshoot integration failures, performance bottlenecks, and configuration issues with clear root-cause analysis. - Reporting, Dashboards Adoption: Build dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights for delivery teams and leadership. - Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and deliver iterative improvements. - Support user onboarding, documentation, and enablement to drive platform adoption and best practices. - AI Enablement: Identify opportunities to apply AI to enhance reporting, workload forecasting, prioritization, and operational decision-making. - Collaborate on proof-of-concepts that introduce intelligent recommendations and automation within work management processes. Technical and Professional Requirements - Minimum Qualifications: 35 years of experience working with Adobe Workfront in configuration, development, or platform administration roles. - Hands-on experience with Workfront setup: templates, custom forms, workflows, approvals, reporting, and dashboards. - Working knowledge of Workfront APIs and integration concepts (authentication, endpoints, payloads, error handling). - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into platform solutions. - Education: BE, ME, BTECH, MTECH, MCA, MSC, MBA. Preferred Skills - Technology- AI-Package AI-Workfusion- Usage and implementation of Workfusion tool
