**About The Role** We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Engineer to manage end-to-end change activities across products, processes, systems, and documentation. The role ensures controlled execution of changes while maintaining compliance, quality, and risk management standards. **Key Responsibilities** - Plan, coordinate, review, approve, and implement engineering changes - Develop timing plans and ensure timely execution of changes - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (CFT) and track progress effectively - Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation actions - Manage escalations and ensure delivery against time, cost, and quality targets - Ensure adherence to change management systems and organizational processes - Maintain structured documentation and accurate data records - Prepare RFQs and handle projects end-to-end - Study product drawings (GD&T) and ensure engineering accuracy - Work with PLM and QAD systems for process control **What We’re Looking For** Behavioral Skills - Strong team player - Self-motivated and accountable - Continuous learner with an ownership mindset Technical Skills - Knowledge of PLM and QAD systems - Understanding of production and process workflows - Strong planning and escalation management capabilities **Qualifications** - Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or a related stream **Additional Information** - English proficiency is mandatory; knowledge of Tamil is an added advantage - Ability to adapt to changing business scenarios - Automotive industry experience preferred - We will be more than glad to chat with you about your experience and your career goals.
