As an Advanced IT Developer II, you will be responsible for design, development and maintenance of various BW solutions that enable critical process across value chain. In this role, you will take ownership of SAP BW (and related data flows) by supporting and optimising the BW landscape including data modelling, ETL/data loading, performance improvement etc. while partnering with stakeholders and other technical teams to ensure reliable, secure and high-quality analytics across the business. If you enjoy solving complex technical challenges, driving continuous improvement, and working with modern analytics technologies, this could be your next career move. **Your new role** As an Advanced IT Developer II, you will be responsible for delivering and continuously improving SAP BW/4HANA solutions that enable reliable, high-performing reporting and analytics across Novo Nordisk. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing, developing, and enhancing SAP BW/4HANA data models and reporting solutions. - Developing and maintaining data flows, InfoProviders, InfoObjects, ETL processes, and other BW components. - Driving performance optimisation, system enhancements, and continuous improvements across the SAP BW landscape. - Managing , changes, and release activities while ensuring stable and reliable operations. - Collaborating with business stakeholders and IT colleagues to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. - Supporting integration with analytics and reporting platforms such as SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and SAP Datasphere. - Providing technical guidance, sharing knowledge, and contributing to innovation through new technologies and best practices. By joining our team, you will contribute to solutions that create real business value while supporting a meaningful purpose. **Your skills & qualifications** To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have: - A Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, MCA, or a related field. - 10+ years of experience working with SAP BW, SAP BI, or SAP BW/4HANA. - Strong hands-on experience with SAP BW/4HANA development and data modelling. - Solid ABAP development expertise within SAP BW environments. - Experience with SAP HANA modelling, performance tuning, and optimisation. - Knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and/or SAP Datasphere. - Experience delivering SAP BW enhancement, implementation, and support projects. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. - Experience with BW-IP, BEx Query Designer, planning functions, filters, sequences, and FOX formulas. - Knowledge of Business Objects 4.0 or higher (Analysis for Office). - Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams. It would be considered an advantage if you also have: - SAP BW/4HANA or other relevant SAP certifications, ITIL V4 Foundation certification,Experience with VBA scripting.
