Job description

Roles and Responsibilities : • Provide technical support to customers for Cerner Millennium products, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to EHR systems. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions for complex problems. • Develop and maintain documentation of customer interactions, issue resolutions, and knowledge base articles. • Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support and provide remote assistance during critical incidents. Job Requirements : • 3-14 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry with expertise in Cerner Millennium products. • Strong understanding of Oracle India Pvt. Ltd.'s (Cerner) software applications such as Millennium. • Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with customers at all levels.
