- About the Role We are looking for an experienced Production Executive to lead the Airbag Cushion manufacturing line. The role focuses on driving production excellence, training operators, and improving processes to meet global quality and productivity standards. **Key Responsibilities** - Lead manufacturing operations for Airbag Cushion lines - Conduct training for direct employees and develop skill capability - Drive production planning and new process development - Implement and sustain SOPs and process compliance - Ensure productivity improvements and delivery adherence - Monitor quality and ensure zero-defect output - Support process validation and continuous improvement initiatives - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (CFT) to achieve targets **What We’re Looking For** - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills - Hands-on experience in assembly processes and troubleshooting - Ability to drive productivity, machine efficiency, and process improvements - Strong communication, team management, and interpersonal skills - Exposure to lean manufacturing and world-class production systems **Qualifications** - B.E. / B.Tech (Mechanical or related discipline) **Experience** - 5–6 years of production management experience - Experience in training and developing shopfloor employees - Automotive manufacturing experience preferred **Languages** - English, Hindi, Marathi **Additional Information** - MNC experience and exposure to multicultural environments is preferred - Ability to adapt to changing business needs and take on new challenges **We will be more than glad to chat with you about your experience and your career goals.** In our international work setting, you will find a range of opportunities that are designed to enhance your career and personal development.
