**Job Title:** AEM Developer / Lead **Skills:** AEM, CQ, Sling, OSGI, JCR, OAK, AEMaaCS, AMS, Dispatcher, Java, Search Integration (Solr/Algolia/ElasticSearch) **Experience:** 7 - 12 Years **Location:** Greater Noida **Notice Period:** Only Immediate Joiners Roles & Responsibilities 1. Lead the design, development, and implementation of AEM-based solutions. 2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliver high-quality digital experiences. 3. Convert business and project requirements into scalable and efficient technical solutions. 4. Design, develop, and maintain core and custom AEM components, templates, workflows, and services. 5. Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior developers and team members. 6. Stay updated with the latest AEM features, best practices, and industry trends. 7. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AEM implementations and deployments. 8. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and development best practices. 9. Utilize AEM Cloud Manager for CI/CD, deployments, and environment management. 10. Develop solutions using AEM building blocks including Templates, Components, Sling Models, and OSGi Services. 11. Possess strong understanding of the AEM technology stack including CQ, Sling, OSGi, JCR, and Oak. 12. Design, develop, and implement solutions on AEM On-Prem, AMS, and AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS). 13. Architect applications considering scalability, modularization, performance, and maintainability. 14. Integrate AEM with search platforms such as Elasticsearch, Algolia, Solr, or similar technologies. 15. Work extensively with Content Fragments and Experience Fragments. 16. Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in Adobe Managed Services (AMS) environments. 17. Configure and manage AEM Dispatcher for caching, security, and load balancing. 18. Have a good understanding of front-end technologies including JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, and CSS3. 19. Apply DevOps practices and CI/CD methodologies for seamless application delivery. 20. Participate in AEM migration and modernization projects, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal downtime.
