Role Objective This position focuses on supporting, maintaining, and enhancing digital platforms using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and modern web technologies while building technical capabilities under the guidance of senior team members. Core Responsibilities Key duties include developing AEM components and templates, implementing front-end features with React, HTML, and CSS, and participating in Agile delivery processes. Essential Skills Candidates are expected to have foundational knowledge of AEM or CMS platforms, web development standards (HTML/CSS/JS, React), Git version control, and Agile principles. Qualifications The role requires a degree in a related IT discipline, 0--2 years of software or web development experience, and a strong commitment to learning enterprise development practices. Success Measures Success is determined by the candidate's contribution to digital solution delivery, continuous technical skill development, production of high-quality code, and positive team collaboration.
