**Role: AEM Guides Developer** **Location:** Pune, Hyderabad **Experience:** 6-12 Years **Job Summary** We are looking for an experienced **AEM Guides Developer** with strong hands-on development expertise in **Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Guides**. The role involves designing, developing, customizing, and enhancing structured content authoring and publishing solutions for enterprise-scale implementations. **Key Responsibilities** - Develop and customize solutions using **AEM Guides**. - Build custom components, plugins, and extensions. - Develop backend functionality using **Java, OSGi, Apache Sling, JCR, and HTL (Sightly)**. - Customize structured authoring and publishing workflows. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex AEM Guides issues. - Collaborate with architects, product owners, and content teams. - Ensure code quality through testing and AEM best practices. **Mandatory Skills** - Strong hands-on development experience in **AEM Guides**. - Experience with **AEM 6.5**. - Expertise in **Java, OSGi, Apache Sling, JCR, HTL (Sightly)**. - Maven-based builds and deployments. - Unit testing using **JUnit**. - Strong understanding of **DITA**, structured content, and publishing workflows. **Good to Have** - AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS). - AEM Guides integrations with external systems. - CI/CD, Cloud Manager. - Adobe AEM/AEM Guides certifications.
