**Role:** AEM Tester **Location:** Greater Noida **Years of Experience:** 5-7 years **Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Analyst with a strong background in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to validate our migrated AEM platform. The ideal candidate will ensure functional correctness, content accuracy, integration stability, and overall release readiness. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to prepare and execute comprehensive testing strategies for migration validation. **Responsibilities:** - Validate the migrated AEM platform, ensuring functional correctness, content accuracy, integration stability, and release readiness. - Participate in migration readiness planning, test strategy preparation, and validation approach definition. - Understand current platform behavior, target-state expectations, business flows, migration scope, and readiness findings. - Prepare and execute test scenarios for migration validation, regression, integration, authoring, content validation, and release readiness. - Validate migrated pages, content, assets, templates, components, user journeys, redirects, permissions, and authoring flows. - Compare source and target environments to ensure migration completeness and quality. - Validate closure of risks, defects, and gaps identified through readiness assessment and Adobe migration tools. - Support UAT planning, business validation, defect triage, retesting, release sign-off, and post-migration validation. - Work closely with developers, leads, architects, DevOps, content teams, and business stakeholders. **Mandatory Skills:** - Proven experience in AEM or similar enterprise CMS testing. - Strong understanding of migration testing, regression testing, content validation, authoring validation, and release readiness. - Experience with defect tracking, test execution, retesting, and release sign-off support. - Strong attention to detail, communication, coordination, and ownership skills. **Preferred Skills:** - Experience with AEMaaCS testing. - Exposure to Adobe migration/readiness outputs from tools such as Best Practices Analyzer, Content Transfer Tool, Cloud Manager, or Cloud Acceleration Manager. - Experience with accessibility, performance, SEO, responsive, or cross-browser validation. - Exposure to automation testing tools. - Experience supporting UAT and post-go-live validation. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 5-7 years of QA experience in web, CMS, or digital platform projects.
