**Role & responsibilities** **AEM QA Engineer (On-Prem &** **AEMaaCS)** **Role Overview** We are hiring an **AEM QA Engineer** with experience in testing Adobe Experience Manager across **On-Premise** **and AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS)** environments. **Key Responsibilities** - Perform **functional, regression, and integration testing** for AEM applications - Validate **components, templates, workflows, and content authoring** - Test across **AEM On-Prem and** **AEMaaCS** **environments** - Support **UAT cycles** by ensuring quality, environment readiness, and defect resolution - Validate **content publishing, dispatcher caching, and page rendering behavior** - Perform **API testing** for integrations (REST/GraphQL as applicable) - Test Planning and Defect logging using **Azure DevOps (ADO)** - Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business stakeholders - Participate in **Agile ceremonies within a** **SAFe** **delivery model** **Automation (Nice to Have)** - Develop and maintain **basic UI automation using Playwright** - Support automation execution within CI/CD pipelines **Required Skills & Experience** - 48 years of QA experience with **hands-on AEM testing** - Strong understanding of: - AEM architecture (Author, Publish, Dispatcher) - Differences between On-Prem and AEMaaCS - Experience testing: - Components, templates, content fragments - Basic knowledge of **HTML, CSS, JavaScript** - Experience with **API testing tools (Postman, etc.)** - Strong **analytical thinking and problem-solving skills** - Good **stakeholder management and communication skills** **Good to Have** - Exposure to **AEMaaCS** **pipelines and deployment validation** - Knowledge of **SEO, accessibility, and performance basics** - Experience with **CJA** **Education** - Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field **Preferred candidate profile**
