Job Description: AEP Lead Platform Enablement **Role Purpose** As the AEP Lead for the Platform Enablement team, you will serve as the primary owner for the setup, governance, and optimization of the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) ecosystem. Your mission is to establish operational best practices, define scalable data processes, and act as the central liaison between internal stakeholders and Adobe. You will ensure the platform is "ready for business" by managing sandboxes, schemas, and identity frameworks while driving high-impact value realization. **Core Responsibilities** **Platform Governance & Process Ownership:** Define and enforce standards for **XDM schemas**, identity namespaces, and data modeling to ensure a unified customer profile. Manage the end-to-end **platform setup process**, including sandbox lifecycle management (development, staging, and production). Establish best practices for **data governance**, including data usage labeling (DULE), privacy policies, and consent management. **Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination:** Act as the lead point of contact for **Adobe**, coordinating product roadmaps, attending technical reviews, and managing support tickets or professional services engagements. Collaborate with Marketing, IT, and Data Engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical blueprints. **Enablement & Best Practices:** Create and maintain a central repository of **AEP documentation**, operational playbooks, and standardized workflows. Lead training sessions and workshops to upskill internal users on AEP capabilities, such as RT-CDP, Journey Optimizer (AJO), and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA). Oversee the implementation of **data quality rules** and automated validation processes to ensure platform integrity. **Technical Oversight:** Monitor platform performance and system-enforced **guardrails** to optimize profile data and segmentation efficiency. Guide the integration of AEP with external destinations like CRM, email marketing platforms, and advertising networks. **Required Qualifications** **Experience:** 8+ years of experience in MarTech or Data Architecture, with at least 3+ years specifically leading **Adobe Experience Platform** experience. **Technical Proficiency:** Deep expertise in **Real-Time CDP**, **AJO**, **XDM modeling**, and the **Adobe Web/Mobile SDK**. **Process Mastery:** Proven track record in defining platform governance frameworks, sandbox management strategies, and large-scale data ingestion workflows. **Communication:** Exceptional ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, explaining complex platform limitations and evolution. **Leadership:** Experience leading cross-functional squads or enablement programs in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
