**Role & responsibilities** - Areas of expertise include aerospace composite tool design. Composite structures design. - Must have experience with design of composite parts jigs and fixtures. - Experience in designing Bond jigs and vacuum holing fixtures (VHF) is desired. - Must have expertise in Catia V5 (Workbench Part Design, Assembly Design, Sheetmetal, Generative Shape Design (GSD), 3D Functional Tolerancing and Annotations (FTA)) - Must have experience on Relational and Parametric Modelling. - Must have good knowledge in Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerance (GD&T) and understanding of Engineering drawings in both 2D/Model Based Definition (MBD) - Creating manufacturing (detail, assembly, installation) 2D Drawings/3D MBD as per ASME Standard - Design of components considering Tolerance stack up, cost effectiveness, manufacturability, and compliance with customer and regulatory requirements - Must be able to coordinate and communicate with the team members - Experience in propulsion systems and structures design (nacelle structures design) and Catia Composite Part Design (CPD) workbench will be added advantage. **Preferred candidate profile** - Strong experience in **Aerospace Tool Design** and **Composite Structures** - Expertise in **CATIA V5** (Part Design, Assembly Design, Sheet Metal, GSD, FTA) - Good understanding of **Relational & Parametric Modelling** - Knowledge of **GD&T** and engineering drawing standards - Experience in creating manufacturing drawings (detail, assembly, installation) **Preferred Skills (Good to Have):** - Experience in **Bond Jigs & Vacuum Holding Fixtures (VHF)** - Exposure to **Catia Composite Part Design (CPD) Workbench** - Knowledge of **Propulsion Systems / Nacelle Structures Design**
