Aerospace Concession

Job description

**Role & responsibilities** - Analyze non-conformities (NC) and raise concessions in SAP with accurate classification, detailed description, and strong technical justification - Create **T0 concessions** based on engineering inputs, NC details, and applicable aerospace standards - Perform **T100 Design Assessment** to validate feasibility, compliance, and technical correctness of concessions - Develop **repair solutions** including detailed drawing packages in line with customer standards and requirements - Suggest design modifications related to **material selection, manufacturing, and machining processes** - Review engineering data including **2D drawings, 3D models, stack-up analysis, and technical documentation** - Ensure adherence to aerospace quality standards and non-conformance processes - Collaborate with **cross-functional teams** (Design, Manufacturing, Quality) for issue resolution and clarifications - Support continuous improvement in concession handling and design processes **Preferred candidate profile** - Educational Qualification: **BE/B.Tech in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering** - Strong experience in **Aerospace Concession (T0 & T100) and Non-Conformance (NC) processes** - Hands-on exposure to **CATIA V5** for design review and analysis - Working knowledge of **SAP (Concessions / NC module)** - Good understanding of **GD&T, stack-up analysis, and engineering drawings interpretation** - Experience in **repair design and technical documentation** - Knowledge of **aerospace manufacturing processes, materials, and compliance standards** - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail - Effective communication and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
