Job description

**Role & responsibilities** : - Accountable for checking and validating design deliverables produced within design organisation throughout product lifecycle. - Lead design reviews and ensure on time delivery of engineering milestones. - Responsible for applying processes and methods for product design and ensuring process compliance through change management, design optimization, DFMEA, GD&T, design for manufacture and knowledge management. - Complete ownership of Design and development of Cabin Interior Seating sub-system using CATIA V5 software. - Development of Concept and Master sections, leading and progressing the design in line with the program timescales and deliverable cadence (CATIA V5) - Co-ordinate with customer SPOC reagrding work packages & gather all inputs. - Works with Design and manufacturing team regarding design and refurbishment of Seating parts. - Should be able to work on Layout of Passenger Accommodation(LOPA). Prefer knowledge of Ergonomics and Aerospace standards - Should Create design guidelines and best practices for aggregate integration - Track and highlight key risks and mitigation mechanisms - Guide team for debugging support, risk mitigation ensuring Lean design methodology. - Coordinate with Manufacturing Engineering team to meet project Milestone
