Job description

- Proven hands-on experience in business file exchange integrations, including inbound and outbound batch flows. - Strong understanding of secure file transfer mechanisms (SFTP/FTPS), file encryption, and data protection controls. - Experience defining and managing end-to-end file lifecycle: generation, validation, transmission, acknowledgment, and archival. - Ability to work with structured file formats used in enterprise integrations (CSV, fixed-width, XML, JSON) and associated mapping rules. - Experience in reconciliation and exception handling for file-based processes, including retries, duplicate detection, and failure recovery. - Knowledge of operational monitoring for file exchanges, including SLA tracking, alerting, and incident response. - Familiarity with partner onboarding for file-based integrations, including connectivity setup, test cycles, and go-live readiness. - Vitality domain experience is highly desirable, especially understanding member journeys, voucher flows, and partner integration touchpoints. - Vitality Data Exchange (VDX)-specific exposure is preferred, including file conventions, integration patterns, and downstream processing dependencies. - Ability to collaborate across business, product, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into reliable VDX file exchange solutions.
